At the core of our “problems” is body-and-mind-identification. We mistakenly think that we are the body, which then triggers fear of death.
At the core of all human fears is the fear of death itself.
People who do not “believe” in the soul or spirit cannot actually be helped to transcend fears. They can only reframe fears to make them seem “not that bad” but the fears will remain. They are too stuck in the mind, and worse, they believe that they ARE the mind.
To prove to you that you are not your mind, (you are the silent witness, you are consciousness itself!) try the following:
Try to stop all thoughts, right now.
Go ahead and try.
Can’t do it!
Why?
It’s because the brain and body think on their own. You are not the thinker of the thoughts, You cannot stop the thoughts, you can only witness them happening of their own accord. The thoughts aren’t you and the body isn’t you.
If the body was you, wouldn’t “you” begin to disappear when you lose a leg or an arm?
You will never disappear, you’re stuck in Eternity and there’s nothing you can do about it. Some day soon, you will see the body fall to the ground and die, while you still remain, witnessing it fall.
This is when you’ll start to remember, not WHO you are, but WHAT you are.
We forget as we incarnate, most of us we are born without the memory of what we are and where we came from.
Watching “what dreams may come” with Robin Williams can help us to remember. Don’t be surprised when you see some places from “the other side” that trigger your memory.
It helps to begin changing the language patterns.
Instead of saying, “I think XZY” trying replacing that with, “The mind thinks XZY”.
Instead of saying, “I feel CVB” try replacing that with, “The body feels CVB”.
This practice alone can ave you from dozens of future incarnations
Did this post make you feel more relaxed and peaceful?
It’s because this post rings true. Truth makes our bodies feel stronger and more peaceful.
Lies and falsehood make our bodies feel weak and stressed.

We are not this body nor this mind. We never were. Liberating truth.
