That’s right, I will soon be meditating for 10 straight days.
* No TV, radio
* No Talking Whatsoever
* No Internet, no emails, no forum, no blog posts, no computer at all
* Ghita will cook, clean, and run ideaGasms.net for me, this includes sending out newsletters that I have pre-written, shipping squirt DVD’s, and replying to customers who don’t know how to download stuff
* I am going to read Osho books, practice some of his sugggested meditations (from ‘The Orange book’), work on my Chakras, and keep a notepad handy for writing down new ideas
* I’m also going to play pool (I own a 4.5 X 9 pool table) because playing pool is a very meditative state for me
* I will be listening to some recordings I have (tuning forks and crystal bowls) to help open/balance my Chakras
* I will also be going for walks by myself in the woods, to meditate under trees (grounding)
* My diet will be very light, probably just one meal a day. This is to lose weight, cleanse my liver, kidneys, etc. and to keep my vibration as high as possible
The reason I’m doing this?
I want enlightenment and “ego-death”. I’ve tasted enlightenment before, mostly through meditation (and sex) but now I want to get to the point where I can MAINTAIN it.
I have no idea what will happen during this ten-day stretch, and I doubt that I will “achieve enlightenment” - realisticaly, I probably still have much more work to do before I get there fully and completely, but i have a good feeling about this 10-day thing. Enlightenment or not, it’s going to do me a world of good.
So yeah, who knows when I will start - it could be as soon as tomorrow, but I have to talk to a few people and get some business stuff out of the way first. I will post something on this blog before I start the 10-day intensive meditation…
FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!
See you in ten days.

Have fun on your 10 day journey. Looking forward to hearing what the results are. You should make a YouTube video detailing what you experienced and any lessons learned.
Cheers
Thats awsome, good luck with it !
Good luck, Stephane. I did a ten day Vipassana Meditation retreat a few years ago and have been searching for those magic glipmses of enlightenment that I saw at the time, ever since. I’ve tasted the divine too - I understand and respect your motivation for going on this quest. Again, good luck.
I wish you well on your journey.
Stephen
Best of luck!
