		<description>This post really helps to reframe my social nervousness. THINKING OUT LOUD and being as honest as possible in the now moment... awesome. Reminding myself of this whenever I go out is key. Thanks Stephane :)

PS: I've also been working on my Chakras more lately and have been feeling A LOT more peaceful for it. Taking the time out to BREATHE DEEPLY into my belly and Chakra cleanse is REALLY helpful for easing nerves.</description>
